The woman says Det. Bishof told her that he would need to use another camera to get better pictures and that he would come to her home later. The woman says Det. Bishof showed up later, made her strip naked, then took additional photos and touched her inappropriately. She says that she felt like she couldn’t stop it because Det. Bishof was carrying his badge and gun.
He was arrested yesterday on charges of aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery by an authority figure and official oppression. Det. Bishof was released on bond.
